This 4 night/5 day retreat is designed to provide a nurturing experience for ambitious and successful black creatives, professinals, and entrepreneurs, to kick back, relax and connect like never before.
Set with intention, each of our days will be themed, Relax, Relate, Release, for you to get out of your comfort zone and enhance your growth. We are only extending 20 spots for this refreshing gateway based on FREE application approval—this will ensure everyone that joins has the same vibe and goals in mind.

Not to mention our Founder, Delisha Fields, will be your retreat host and has produced multi-market experiences for Pepsi, Remy Martin, Ralph Lauren, and more. She is the CEO (Chief Experience Officer) of all BLK GETAWAY events and retreats. Let's just say, we have the skills to execute seamless experiences from start to finish, including the Refresh Retreat. Over the past 10 years, Delisha has led hundreds of people on life-changing trips. She’ll also be joined by our BLK GETAWAY experiential leads to co-host this experience.
